Welcome back! I always love seeing how students grow over
the summer and hearing about all of their fun adventures they had with their
families.
As you may or may not know, the Cordia-Worth family grew by
one. On June 19th we welcomed Mayla Bliss. We fell in love with her
immediately, even her big sister LuLu. While you may see me periodically at
school, my plan is to be out on maternity leave until sometime in October.
Thankfully, Cat Fair (school counselor from neighboring Calais Elementary) will
be subbing for short term counseling on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Guidance
classes will resume upon my return. Cat and I spent some time together this
week checking in. She will contact you if she plans to see your child. If you
wish to make sure this connection happens or a new need has arisen, you can
contact Cat directly in the guidance office here (223-7936 x303) on Tuesdays
and Thursdays. She can also be contacted at her office in Calais on Mondays,
